Our sessions will be tailored to your goals, and I may suggest some exercises for you to try between sessions to help you apply these skills in your daily life. My areas of speciality for adult clients aged 18-65 are: Grief, Racial Trauma, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Career Counseling, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, College/Grad School issues, Communication issues, and Women's Issues.
