Our clinical team includes licensed and certified therapists with CASAC designation, a Medical Director/Psychiatrist, and student interns, all of whom bring a compassionate and humanistic approach to treatment. Clients may receive individual, group, or family counseling utilizing a variety of modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, and 12-step supports. We also offer support groups for parents, siblings, and any loved ones or family members affected by addiction. While treatment can be hard work, we believe our clients can meet their goals and remain on the path of healing, growth, and lifelong recovery.

My practice of MindOverHealing Therapies is dedicated to supporting and helping individuals achieve holistic mind-body-spirit healing so they can break through barriers and be empowered to experience life's possibilities. At this time, I offer online therapy sessions where clients can receive sessions in the comfort of their homes.
