I am so happy you decided to take the most difficult step and reach out for support! I wish more people realized that they didn’t have to continue to live day to day struggling to make it through. People usually come to me because they are experiencing anxiety, panic, sleeplessness, depression and perhaps other symptoms like flashbacks or nightmares. Their relationships are suffering and they are having a difficult time functioning at home and work.
