In my work and in my life, I find that women have some specific issues and needs; some tendencies that keep arising which need to be addressed in the contest of gender, in the interest of freedom. Why do women accept such minimal consideration in relationships? Why is women's pleasure often and afterthought, even to the women themselves? Women's bodies go through some specific changes over time, and our culture leaves us largely unprepared or feeling bad about them.
