I believe therapy is a space where we can slowly begin to understand ourselves with more honesty, compassion, and curiosity. Many people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, emotionally stuck, or caught in repeating relationship patterns they do not fully understand. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I support clients in exploring not only their thoughts and emotions, but also the deeper patterns held in the body, nervous system, and relationships. Together, we create a space where difficult experiences can be met safely, without pressure, judgment, or the need to “fix” everything immediately. I work with people who are navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-worth issues, and life transitions. My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner stability, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward more authentic and supportive ways of being. Therapy with me is not about becoming someone else. It is about slowly coming back to yourself — with more clarity, presence, and kindness.
