Having ADHD/ASD myself, I started my practice in 2013, with the passion to empower those with different brains to learn management skills that work for their specific issues. I especially want everyone to understand that ADHD is an executive function malfunction. We will dive into every executive function and you will understand your specific brain and what it needs.
Within a few years, I realized there was a big need to understand how executive function malfunction was impacting our sexuality. We often struggle with boundaries. That will definitely impact our choices or lack of choosing in all of our life, including erotically.
