While I do not generally do therapy with people experiencing addiction, I have lived experience of nicotine addiction and quitting smoking as well as training in motivational interviewing. Quitting can be a tough road. However many times you've attempted, I am here to support you. I'm available for both counselling and pharmacological management (including prescription nicotine).

I use the power of hypnosis to let you return to being the non-smoker you were, two, ten, forty, fifty or more years ago. You want to become a non-smoker, not someone who has given up smoking - as if you're depriving yourself of a wonderful activity. When you're a non-smoker, any level of stress can enter your life. With that stress, you may cry, laugh, eat a bit more. You may feel too down to move. However, you won't dream of smoking a cigarette because you're a non-smoker. That's where I take my clients through hypnosis and energy strategies.

We assist with people in overcoming undesirable and habitual behaviours, including smoking. and the use of other nicotine related products. Our two sessions 'Stop Smoking Program' entails a combination of clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. Both modalities are effective at addressing not only the smoking behaviour but also the underlying reasons behind it.
