Hamada Els
Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist & Executive Coach
I have a diverse skillset developed as both a Clinical Psychologist and as a senior executive in a variety of companies over the last 22 years. My corporate experience gave me a unique insight into the realities of professional life and made me very passionate about looking after the mental health and wellbeing of working professionals. By blending powerful evidence-based Psychological therapies with practical Executive Coaching tools, I aim to empower my clients with both the emotional coping resources and the practical skills to thrive in spite of the varied challenges they face at work and at home.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, building resilience, building effective relationships (work and home), and workplace bullying. I can also assist with career development, identifying a fulfilling life direction, leadership effectiveness, communication effectiveness, improving work-life balance and time management.
I use a variety of Psychological and Coaching techniques within an integrative view, and will tailor the approach to suit your individual needs.

The Psychology Hub
Psychologist, Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists, Educational & Developmental Psychologists, Mental Health and Disability Social Workers, Counsellors, Art Therapists
Most people get in touch at the point where something has been going on long enough that they want a clear answer. We try to make that first step straightforward.
The Psychology Hub is a multidisciplinary practice at North Lakes in North Brisbane. Our team includes clinical psychologists, general psychologists, educational and developmental psychologists, mental health and disability social workers, counsellors and art therapists. That range matters, because it means we can usually match you to someone whose training fits what you are actually dealing with, rather than to whoever happens to be free.
We work with babies and infants through to older adults, in clinic and online across every Australian state and territory. Appointments run from 8am to 8pm by arrangement, which helps when work or school makes daytime sessions difficult.
Alongside therapy we provide diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual functioning and adaptive functioning. You do not need a GP referral to book an assessment. Every assessment starts with a 90-minute appointment, which is the first part of the assessment itself. By the end of it your practitioner knows what your assessment needs to involve and gives you a written quote for the rest, tailored to you rather than a standard package.

Anna Dafna
Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work.
My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating.
Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress.
My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation.
Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD.
Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent.
