Having lived in 4 countries and many more locations, the topic of "social isolation" has been more and more present on my mind over the past few years. It started even before covid, as I read that people feel lonelier than ever despite being more "connected" using the technologies at hand. I am really keen to help people who feel socially isolated, whether it is because they live far from their relatives, because of pain or illness or ageing, or because of finding it hard to relate to others. Whatever sits behind social isolation, my message is simply that "you are not alone" and that I am here for you.
