As a nonbinary AuDHD therapist, I provide therapy for queer and neurodivergent people of all ages. I specialize in complex trauma and identity work, as well as other common experiences that our communities manage like anxiety, depression, stress, and family or relational difficulties. I think we all deserve a safe place to heal and be ourselves, and I would be honored to create one of those spaces for you.

Trauma, PTSD, deployment stress, military-to-civilian transition, and the challenges of military family life—including frequent relocation and the strains of deployment separation—are among the most common concerns for therapists working in the area.
