I am well-versed in addiction, as I worked in a partial hospitalization therapist for those who had addiction and at least one other mental health comorbidity. Due to the comorbidities associated with Narcissistic Abuse, I am also a strong generalist with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, and stress management/coping. I partner with clients to help them process complex emotions and gain personal insight.
