Having experienced how mental health can create life-altering implications on people in my family, I have dedicated my life to trying to help as many people and families have the support and resources needed to experience growth, hope, and healing. Often I work with clients who express frustration with past counseling experiences being stale and feeling as though they talked and talked but never experienced real change. Knowing from my training and experience that most people can experience the type of change they desire, I approach counseling as a guide to help those I work with discover what has been holding them back and a tangible plan to experience their goals. Counseling should result in real change and it can be a good and even, at times, a fun process that we look forward to.

If you feel overwhelmed by stress, stuck in spirals of anxiety or depression, uncertain about how to navigate a life transition, or disconnected in your relationship, you are not alone—and change is possible. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to manage well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck internally. Some are professionals dealing with job trauma, individuals navigating difficult life transitions, or people who find themselves overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling with motivation and low mood, or committed couples caught in patterns of miscommunication and feeling disconnected. I help individuals and couples in Katy and the West Houston area find relief from anxiety, depression, stress, job-related trauma, and relationship challenges. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) combined with practical cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies, I help clients process distressing experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, and develop healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and responding to stress. Many clients find this approach helpful when traditional talk therapy alone has not fully resolved lingering anxiety, stress, or emotional triggers.
