Many people would say they have low self-esteem. Humans tend to internalize negative messages more than positive ones, and over time our self-talk starts to reflect these negative messages. Together, these two approaches can help bring faster relief and "clear your headspace" to learn new strategies and tools for identifying your strengths and "positizing" your perspective.
