Bold Expressions Therapy
Psychologist, Psy.D.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a trauma survivor, and someone with a chronic pain disorder; I approach the work that I do from a place of empathy and personal understanding. I have an intense passion for understanding personal identity and the way race, culture, class, and sexuality come together to form what we believe about ourselves and what we feel we can accomplish in our lives. Anxiety and trauma can live in our bodies - together we will create a relationship that fosters dynamic and lasting growth, tapping into undiscovered reserves of resiliency that will help navigate the past and prepare for a more hopeful future.

Rewilding Earth & Psyche - Tyler Mostul, MSN
Life Coach, Earth-Based Depth Coach, Master's in Nursing - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
If you are interested in working with me please go to my website, and request a free 25 minute Exploratory phone call.
My name is Tyler. My background is being trained as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, but I decided to transition to earth-based depth coaching focused on helping people’s psyche become more whole. The offering is through two programs: Rewilding Self and Rewilding Business. These two are rooted in the same concepts and methodology, but Rewilding Business also includes an emphasis on a person’s impact on others in a leadership context, and is intended for conscious entrepreneurs and leaders. Coaching services only. NO clinical/mental health treatment offered.
I work with those who are spiritually minded, and have a desire to connect more deeply with themselves and the earth. The work of becoming more whole, and experiencing the amazing gifts waiting in our own depths, is difficult, arduous, and simply not what most people are able to do or are interested in. It is a journey that never ends, and requires a willingness and desire to risk it all to make any substantial progress.
To work with me in this context requires that you be relatively stable and well-resourced financially, emotionally, and psychologically. You must be ready to commit significant time, energy, and money to the journey. If you feel a call from deep within you, I invite you to explore further.

Alignment Psychotherapy, PLLC
Psychologist, LP, PhD
Our practice is grounded in a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences that shape each person’s life. Our founder grew up in Jamaica, Queens, surrounded and supported by three generations of remarkable women—an experience that continues to inform the values of care, resilience, and community that guide our work today. Across our practice, we have the privilege of supporting individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and socioeconomic experiences, each bringing their own unique perspectives and concerns. As a practice founded by a Black, queer, first-generation college graduate, we hold a strong awareness of how power, privilege, and systemic forces shape daily life and mental health. We also recognize the vulnerability it takes to seek therapy. Our work is informed not only by clinical expertise, but by a deep respect for the courage and commitment involved in pursuing healing and meaningful change. This perspective shapes our intention to create a space that is thoughtful, affirming, and responsive to the full complexity of our clients’ lived experiences.
