Dr. Severe provides couples therapy, individual therapy, and group therapy to adults of all ages from young adults through older adults. She conducts psychotherapy from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation and couples therapy utilizing the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
