Alan Jacobson, Psy.D.
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Registered Health Service Provider
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to create meaningful, measurable change in how they feel, function, and relate to others. My approach is evidence-based, empathic, and solution-focused, with therapy centered on helping you achieve clear goals so that progress is noticeable in daily life. I work with a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, low mood, loss, self-doubt, and life transitions—and have particular expertise in performance psychology, public speaking anxiety, panic attacks, fear of flying, and questions of purpose or meaning. If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, I also offer a one-time consultation assessment to help clarify what may be contributing to your current stress and identify effective pathways forward, whether through therapy or other strategies.

Wendy Jensen LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Hypnotherapist, Diplomate Comprehensive Energy Psychology
My initiation into healing arts probably began as a child when I was blessed with experiencing a variety of paranormal events that helped me to learn and trust clairaudient and clairvoyant communication with spirit.
My formal initiation began in 1996 in Portland, Oregon when I began studying Shamanic Healing though the Foundation For Shamanic Studies. I have trained with Sandra Ingerman in Soul Retrieval techniques and with several shamanic practitioners incorporating the healing energies of nature, doing divination work and teaching others to learn to do shamanic journey work.
In 1998, I began training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It was here, that I really began to understand how the body stores traumatic material subconsciously, that the physical body can manifest that stored material in physical and emotional disease and that the body can release that stored memory and it’s subsequent effects given the opportunity and assistance with proper techniques.
In 1999, Wendy began training in Dynamic Energetic Healing™, a powerful protocol that encompasses a variety of healing modalities drawn from the Energy Psychology field. Energetic Healing focuses on helping clients to identify negative emotions, limiting beliefs and old traumas held in the energetic pathways of the body, explore the origins or root causes of these disturbances that may have occurred in current or past life or carried through on an ancestral linage and then release them.
Since then I have studied and certified in a variety of Energy Pyschology techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapas Accupressure Technique, Healing from the Body Level Up, and many more. I am a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology since 2004.
In 2006 Wendy completed a 2 year intensive training with the Wellness Institute in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. And in 2019, she completed the Essentials training in RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory) These trainings utilize the clients wise intuitive self along with guided prompts from the therapist to bring into consciousness, then clear and heal the past trauma memories still carried in the mind and body.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Social Work, Certifications in Hypnotherapy and Energy Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in private practice since 1995.

Jason Herr
Psychologist, Psy.D.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding—of ourselves, our patterns, and the biological and emotional systems that shape how we experience the world. I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns, integrating clinical experience, psychological insight, and education about how the brain and nervous system function under stress, trauma, and emotional strain.
Throughout my career in community mental health, private practice, medical settings, and teaching, I have worked with people facing complex emotional and relational challenges. These experiences have shaped a practical, compassionate, and direct style that focuses on helping clients understand why they feel and react the way they do, while developing concrete skills for change. I believe therapy is not only about symptom relief but about increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to navigate life with greater clarity and intention.
My work often includes helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and physiological responses. By learning how to regulate the nervous system and tolerate uncertainty, individuals can respond more thoughtfully rather than react automatically. I aim to create a collaborative and respectful therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences, retell their stories when needed, and move toward a stronger sense of stability and self-understanding.
Therapy is a process of growth, accountability, and compassion. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help them build insight, resilience, and a more grounded sense of who they are and how they want to live.
