As a therapist specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer a safe, compassionate space to help you navigate this complex terrain.
Using EFT: I help couples break free from cycles of blame or withdrawal, strengthening your bond so you can face disappointments together as a team. I help individuals process the grief of miscarriage, failed cycles, or the loss of a traditional conception dream.
Using IFS: I work with you to understand and soothe the internal "parts" that carry shame, fear, or inadequacy (e.g., parts feeling "broken" or "not enough"). We work to unburden these parts, fostering self-compassion and resilience.
Adoption Support: For those on the adoption path, I help navigate the complex, often conflicting emotions—such as grief for the biological child you didn't have, or the pressures of the adoption process—reconnecting you with a sense of agency and hope.
