Social anxiety may be a problem for people who are otherwise successful particularly in their working lives. I try to help people understand this problem in the context of a lack of self esteem. I try to help them with what may become an avoidance of social situations which narrows their lives.

Social anxiety can be triggered by interactions at work, social events, or even everyday conversations with acquaintances, colleagues, friends, or family members. Together, we'll explore that side of you that feels anxious in social situations and find ways to navigate it. By working with your mind-body response patterns, we can bring about healing, change, and a greater sense of ease in relationships.

Covid amplified our social insecurities so much! Our society was already so warped and misaligned, making how we relate more competitive and pressured than it was ever supposed to be. With that and social media, our ability to build true authentic connection is in dire need of reevaluation!
You are so much greater than you can ever know! if only we could see ourselves the way others see us. Everyone is deserving of love, supportive relationships (friendships, lovers, meaningful connections) and fulfilment. It would be my honour to sit beside you and empower you to find your source of inner truth, turning down the volume of that critical voice in your head directing you away from your essential nature. Let us meet your particular flavour of greatness and travel together to relieve the pressure and start to make connection real again.

Social anxiety can feel incredibly exposing, like there's nowhere to hide. Introducing ourselves to a bunch of people or saying our name in a group can feel like a terrifying and even life-threatening task. And that's before we even get to giving a public talk.
There's usually a fear of being judged, criticised or shamed. And the fear of the anxiety arising in company is usually more debilitating than the anxiety itself. The important thing to know is that it's a very normal fear, and that lots of people experience it.
