The teenage years can be fraught with difficulies due to the enormous growth happening on so many levels . This often leaves parents feeling bewildered . Therapeutic support can be beneficial as the young person navigates all these changes. I use a range of evidence based modalities such as Play therapy , Sand tray therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy . I also use poly- vagal techniques. Therapy can be fun for young ones !
