We work through your health concerns and obesity issue with a targeted plan to help you feel healthy again.  

We work with individuals with overweight or obesity who are wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes. We have training in the most current, evidenced-based methods for behavioral weight loss, and also incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies. We also work with individuals pre- and post- weight loss surgery.

I've worked within bariatric surgery and outpatient mental health clinics which focus on preparation for weight loss surgeries as well as management of contributing factors including emotional eating and maladaptive coping. I ascribe to an approach which highlights addressing less adaptive food beliefs and healing one's relationship with their body, with food, and their experience of others.
