Couples therapy at LEXs begins with a structured assessment phase: two sessions before ongoing work begins. The first session runs for 90 minutes, with space for both partners to share their history and for me to develop a clear sense of the relationship. The second session, 60 minutes, deepens the assessment, observes how the patterns we noticed in the first session play out, and ends with a shared agreement on next steps. From the third session onward, sessions are 60 minutes and focused on the work itself.
