You don’t have to carry this alone. Whatever has brought you here, whether it’s grief, trauma, or a sense of being lost within your own life, there is a way through, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
My practice is a sacred, steady space where you can show up as you are, uncensored, unjudged, and witnessed. Here, your pain is not something to fix or hurry past. It is something to listen to.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience, I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Thanatology, and Transpersonal Therapy to help you heal at the level of both mind and body. Together we may work with the nervous system, dreams, shadow, myth, and symbol, and, if it calls to you, tarot as a reflective tool for meeting what lives beneath the surface.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself, and I’d be honored to guide you there.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Sandplay Therapy Uses sand trays and miniature figures to allow symbolic expression. It is especially helpful for children and trauma survivors.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.

This doesn’t have to be your whole story. You don’t have to keep suffering, or live a life that no longer fits who you are. Together we move toward the places that bind you and keep you stuck, and we meet them with tenderness and courage.
I specialize in trauma and grief. Bringing together Somatic Experiencing, Thanatology, and Transpersonal Therapy, we listen to what your body and nervous system are holding, honor your losses, and make room for what’s ready to be released. This work is paced to your system, never rushed or forced.
Because you are more than your symptoms, our work also moves through the symbolic and soulful layers of your experience. We may explore your dreams, your shadow, and the myths and archetypes that shape your story.
My practice is entirely telehealth, so you can do this deep work from a place that feels safe and comfortable to you. Here, you are witnessed without judgment, free to be exactly as you are.
