Have you been feeling anxious, unsatisfied, or uncertain? Is there something in your life that once worked, but now doesn't? Many people come to therapy while continuing to meet the demands of work and family, even though they feel an increasing sense of strain or disconnection. So even if you are used to handling such things on your own, some emotional or relationship patterns keep repeating, underneath the surface.
I work especially well with thoughtful, capable adults who want to understand themselves more clearly. Together, we can slow down and look carefully at what’s happening—how your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns developed, and how they may be shaping your present life. Greater understanding often brings real relief and steadiness.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Schema Therapy Identifies deep-rooted negative patterns formed in childhood. It combines CBT, attachment theory, and experiential methods for change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.

- Average Session Fee 275
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- My standard fee is $275 per session, which reflects my training, board certification, and years of clinical experience. I aim to provide careful, individualized treatment rather than high-volume care. At the same time, I believe therapy should be accessible. When finances are a genuine obstacle, I am open to discussing a reduced fee -- sometimes on a limited basis -- to help make treatment possible.

Therapy with me is collaborative and engaged. I listen closely and empathetically, and I am active in helping you think through difficult situations in a clear and practical way. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, with the integration of CBT, mindfulness, and cognitive processing therapy when helpful. Above all, though, I work to have meaningful, genuine conversations oriented toward changing in helpful ways.
I work with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and periods of transition or uncertainty. Therapy offers a place to speak openly, reflect deeply, and move forward with greater confidence. If you’re ready for that kind of work, I welcome you to reach out.
