Betrayal Trauma is not just professional work for me - It is personal. In addition to being a Certified APSATS Coach with advanced trauma training, I am also a betrayed partner. The most meaningful letters after my name are not just my credentials, but the lived experience that fuels my passion for this work. I understand the shock, hypervigilance, grief, and confusion that follow relational betrayal, and I provide trauma-informed, partner-sensitive support that prioritizes safety, clarity, and empowerment. If you are navigating infidelity, sexual addiction, or relational deception, you deserves support from someone who both understands the clinical complexities and truly "gets it."

At Heart of Hope Coaching, I specialize in betrayal trauma recovery for individuals navigating the aftermath of infidelity, sexual addiction, emotional affairs, and relational deception. Betrayal trauma impacts the nervous system, attachment system, and sense of identity. It is not simply a relationship conflict - it is a trauma response that requires specialized care.
My work is grounded in the APSATS partner-sensitive model and trauma-informed principles that prioritize stabilization, validation, and safety before focusing on relational repair. I help clients understand trauma symptoms such as anxiety, intrusive thoughts, hypervigilance, emotional flooding, and difficulty trusting themselves. Together, we work to regulate the nervous system, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and discern next steps with clarity rather than fear.
What makes my practice unique is the integration of clinical training and lived experience. As a betrayed partner myself, I understand firsthand the layers of grief, anger, confusion, and spiritual struggle that can arise. I hold space for the complexity of loving someone while also being deeply wounded by them. My approach is structured yet compassionate - steady, direct, and rooted in dignity.
Whether you are seeking clarity about your future, support during therapeutic separation, or guidance as you rebuild your life, my role is to walk beside you with expertise and empathy. Healing is possible. You do not have to navigate this alone.
