At Foothills Integrative, we believe that healing happens through connection — not just understanding your thoughts, but supporting your nervous system in feeling safe, regulated, and whole again. Our work goes beyond symptom management. We help you explore the deeper patterns shaping your experiences, while gently guiding your system toward lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck despite insight, therapy here is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. We integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with brain-based approaches to support transformation at both the emotional and physiological level. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. If something in you is ready for more clarity, balance, or connection, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
  • Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
  • Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Play Therapy Uses toys, games, and creative play to help children express emotions. It is especially useful when children can’t fully verbalize their feelings.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
