Something feels off, and maybe you've been pushing through it for a while now. Anxiety that won't quiet down. A relationship that's started to feel more like work than connection. Questions about who you are, what you want, or what you actually need, that you haven't had space to sit with.
That's what therapy with me is for.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, identity, and sexuality, relationship challenges like communication challenges, trust issues, conflict, and repair, and intimacy and sexual concerns that often go unspoken. I'm not here to hand you a protocol. I'm here to help you understand what's actually happening for you and move through it in a way that fits your real life.
If you've been waiting for a space that's honest, real, affirming, and doesn't feel clinical or preachy, this is it.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: My approach is integrative, relational, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one single method or a rigid way of doing therapy. Instead, I draw from different approaches like CBT, EFT, and relational work to help you understand your patterns, your emotions, and how you relate to yourself and others.
Some sessions may feel more practical and focused on tools, while others go deeper into understanding the “why” behind what you’re experiencing. We move at your pace, based on what you need.
At the core, this is a collaborative process. You’re not being told what to do, but we’re working together to help you gain clarity, build insight, and create meaningful change.
