Each person comes to Spiritual Direction for their own unique reason. My practice is made up with many who are seeking healing from past religious wounds, pastors and lay people who hold doubts and questions from their faith tradition, moms and second half of life people who are looking for more, those in the first half of life that wrestle with the complexity of the world we are living in, and many who caretake for others in a variety of forms. I offer a gentle compassionate presence that trusts you hold the wisdom you need within. I find the tools that Internal Family Systems offers extremely supportive in the healing and discerning process.
