Life has a way of shaping us through both beauty and heartbreak. I deeply understand anger, anxiety, and existential dilemmas. My own journey has been one of profound feeling, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth.
Growth begins when we are willing to meet ourselves with honesty, curiosity, and care. For two decades I cultivated knowledge and skills to help others move through intense emotional pain, life transitions, and spiritual questions with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. I faced seasons that tested everything I thought I knew. Healing from a narcissistic relationship, navigating a challenging postpartum year, grieving the loss of my mother, and embracing unexpected identity changes~ this all became part of my awakening. These experiences- combined with years of dedicated study and personal reflection- have deepened my compassion and understanding of the healing process. My work honors both the unique human spirit and the sacredness woven into everyday life.
Today, as a Master of Divinity and Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, I help people reconnect with their true selves, cultivate emotional healing, and explore a deeper relationship with the Divine. My work is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and meaningful transformation.
The values guiding my life are integrity, compassion, and wholehearted depth. I'd love to learn what values are leading you on your journey today.

Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Our work together is rooted in nonjudgmental, choice-based, and trauma-informed practices that support nervous system regulation and new insights. Often called the "rest, digest, and heal" mode, the parasympathetic state softens the fight-or-flight stress response. By sensing safety and groundedness, we find greater access to compassion, visions, and next steps. Rather than responding from patterns driven by stress, we explore new perspectives for healthier and more authentic decision-making.
My practice integrates somatic therapy techniques with exploration of the liminal—imaginative, symbolic, intuitive, and energetic spaces—to support whole-person healing. I welcome your spiritual guide (Spirit, Godde, Universe) as you define them. I also invite attunement to the Earth's support. This eco-somatic approach recognizes the interconnected relationship between the body and the natural world. Together, we explore the breath, connective tissues, movement, and sensations while examining how these internal processes may be liberated from past conditioning and opened to new and empowered experiences. The result is an integrative, body-based approach that supports nervous system health, emotional well-being, and lasting transformation.
