As a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS), I help clients shift the relationship they have to their inner world and their lived experience. We can permanently shift symptoms of depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, attachment, anger, and grief that block your experience of joy and pleasure by getting to know yourself in a new way and increasing more compassion for what has happened or is happening to you. I also enjoy working with therapists who are interested in learning the IFS model by working with their own system.

Treatment Approach

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
Approach Description: IFS looks at your inner world and how you interact with it through the lens of various parts. I often ask people if they talk to themselves and if they do, I'm curious about what those conversations are like and if we can shift the way those parts relate to one another. This technique is not just relationally transformative, but also offers neurological shifts that are permanent and long standing.
