Having been on my own journey of crisis, self-awareness, and awakening, I know how much courage and bravery it takes to reach out, to ask for help, and to accept that we cannot cope on our own. This means breaking deep-seated loyalty bonds and allowing others to see us, relate to us, and connect with parts we don't want others to see. I work at a practical level, using clear tools and strategies based on an agreed contract and timeframe, where we explore deep-held narratives and beliefs and compulsive patterns of behaviour. Within the relational dynamic, I offer a new space/ environment of empathy, understanding, and freedom of expression, where you can start to lower defences and express your needs and desires without fear of punishment or rejection. I am passionate about helping people who have reached a plateau or are facing a crisis. A place where they are ready to embrace a rite of passage, a journey into authenticity and freedom, where I can support them to increase their awareness and create a more vibrant, active and rewarding life.
My mission is to help clients gain clarity and a deeper understanding of their childhood dynamics and relationship patterns as they learn to embrace their authentic selves by facing their fears and anxieties with compassion and trust.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Object Relations Therapy Focuses on how early caregiver relationships shape current relationships. It aims to improve patterns of attachment and trust.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Transactional Analysis Explores interactions through the lens of Parent, Adult, and Child roles. It aims to improve communication and self-awareness.
Approach Description: My Approach
The philosophy at the heart of my practice is simple: "I'm OK, You're OK." I approach every client with mutual respect and a belief in your inherent worth and potential for change.
In our collaborative space, we will develop a shared language to understand your interactions with yourself and others. We will explore your ego states (the inner Parent, Adult, and Child parts of you) to see how they influence your communication, thoughts, and feelings in the here and now.
We focus on:
Identifying "Drivers" and "Scripts": Uncovering the unconscious childhood decisions or messages ("drivers") that might be limiting your choices today, causing stress or anxiety.
Improving Communication: Analysing how you communicate to foster clearer, more authentic connections and stop unhelpful "games" or crossed messages.
Getting the "Strokes" You Need: Ensuring you understand your need for recognition and acceptance, helping you seek out positive "strokes" (validation) and boost your self-esteem in healthy ways.
My goal is to empower you to switch from being "programmed" to being proactive, making conscious, healthy decisions from your balanced Adult ego state.

I offer a unique blend of Transactional Analysis, Jungian analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help individuals overcome a wide range of challenges. My areas of expertise include working with individuals who possess strong defensive traits, have experienced difficult upbringings, and are grappling with unresolved trauma due to narcissistic or codependent parental styles, manifesting as addiction, sexual issues, anger, anxiety, and relational and professional problems. I am dedicated to helping you achieve greater autonomy—the freedom to be yourself, be spontaneous, and live consciously in the present, rather than being driven by outdated compulsive patterns of childhood survival. It takes courage to acknowledge your pain, ask for help, and stay with the process. Sessions take place online, most weekdays, and if you're ready to start the work, I'd welcome the chance to talk it through with you.
