My focus areas include women's emotional wellness, relationship anxiety, and the patterns that impact connection, self-worth, and emotional well-being. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, including relationship changes, career shifts, family conflict, and recovery from narcissistic abuse or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Together, we'll identify recurring patterns, heal emotional wounds, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, while also grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence patterns in relationships, including overthinking, anxiety, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. Together, we identify these patterns, develop healthier ways of responding, and build practical skills to foster greater confidence, emotional well-being, and more secure, fulfilling relationships. My goal is to provide a space that feels both safe and productive, one where you can gain insight, heal from past experiences, and make meaningful, lasting progress.
