I am psychologist with 40+ years of experience working with adults who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I have years of traditional training as well as training in Existential and Energy Therapies. I believe in treating the whole person and appreciating how the mind, body, emotion and spiritual aspect of an individual is impacted by stressful conditions.
I am also currently enrolled in the Death Doula Certificate Program at the University of Vermont to work closely with people in the dying process.
