Being Russian, I think it’s important to say that I’m against the war.
Now to psychology, psychotherapy and the philosophy behind my approach.
I believe that suffering appears because of disconnection. Pain, grief, shame, guilt, sadness can be processed without suffering. It’s still hard experience and it doesn’t feel pleasant. But it’s possible to live through it without feeling miserable.
Suffering appears when we get disconnected from our own bodies, our true self, from the nature, from each other. When brain disconnects from the body, logical thinking — from emotions and creativity. When we get fragmented into different parts or subpersonalities that have different needs and interests and are in conflict with each other. My purpose is to restore this connection, to restore contact, to help humans integrate all their parts into one whole. And I believe that all misunderstandings and conflicts in the world happen because of disconnection and inability to find contact and stay in contact. I see it as my mission to help humans find contact with themselves and with each other, with the planet. I'm certain that people who do horrible things were traumatised some time in the past — and trauma makes us fragmented and breaks connection. So, healing trauma and restoring connection is my way to make our world a better place to live in.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My work is based on the concept of bodymind, loving kindness and acceptance.
The term bodymind was coined to represent the idea that body and mind are a single integrated unit. As a therapist I aim to restore the connection between my client's body and mind. To achieve this I implement somatic and embodiment practices and techniques in the sessions.
I'm here to embrace you and any of your experiences however s*itty they may feel, to embrace all parts of you.
Gestalt is one of the main approaches that I use. To put it shortly, I do my best to help my clients complete the unfinished situations from the past, to process what's been unprocessed so far and kept torturing you, to process the feelings and let them go.
I offer single sessions, long-term therapy and individual programs crafted to suit your needs.
