Alana Bodell (She/Her)

Alana is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She has spent the last 8 years working in the helping profession, where she supports her clients with a variety of issues, such as relationship challenges, trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, and depression. Alana brings warmth, humour, and a non-judgmental presence to promote a space where the client can feel supported and grow. Grounded in a person-centred approach, she believes it is important to foster a strong and trusting relationship between the client and counsellor. Her approach incorporates various modalities to tailor treatment to the client's specific needs and beliefs.
