Autumn Brown (She/Her)

Hey, I’m Autumn and I’m a LCSW. I have worked with various populations and age groups. I have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship problems as well as those in need of bettering their academic skills. My clients typically tell me that they are at ease during our sessions. I recognize how important building rapport is and I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are sharing their secrets with someone they can’t trust. I believe in a person centered approach, which means going at your pace as you feel ready. Mostly, my younger clients tell me they feel like they can talk to me about anything and are confident in my ability to maintain their privacy while still being a sounding board. To me, that’s a pretty big compliment.
