As someone who personally understands what it is like to walk through life "masking" and making accommodations to thrive in today's society, I am passionate about helping other adults better understand themselves and find a path that works for them. I am most passionate and experienced in helping neurodivergent adults (i.e. Autistic, ADHD, PTSD, C-PTSD) and adults who identify as LGBTQIA+.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Neuropsychology Examines how brain function affects thinking, memory, and behavior. It often involves assessment and rehabilitation strategies.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent individuals, couples, families, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide support using a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and body based techniques and focus on building strength in the following areas: nervous system regulation, improving executive functioning, prioritizing self-care, setting clear goals, taking specific actions toward those goals, and improving communication and social relationships.
