I believe therapy works best when it is rooted in trust, authenticity, and honest connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported—while also gently challenged toward the growth and healing you are seeking.
Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, direct, and deeply engaged in the therapeutic process. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe meaningful change happens when we are willing to look honestly at both the pain you carry and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach balances emotional depth with practical guidance. I want clients to leave therapy with more than insight alone—I want them to develop the self-understanding, emotional clarity, and practical tools needed to create lasting change in their lives and relationships.
It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they do the courageous work of healing old wounds, growing in self-awareness, and becoming more fully themselves.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe many of the struggles people face in adulthood—whether anxiety, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm—often have deeper roots in past experiences, relational wounds, and adaptive patterns developed for survival.
In therapy, we work to understand not just what is happening in the present, but why those patterns developed and what continues to maintain them. Together, we explore the underlying dynamics beneath symptoms, including trauma responses, attachment wounds, chronic self-criticism, emotional avoidance, difficulty with boundaries, and long-standing relational patterns.
I integrate EMDR, parts work, attachment-focused therapy, and practical interventions from CBT, DBT, and ACT to support both insight and meaningful change. My goal is to help clients not only understand their struggles more clearly, but also create lasting internal and relational shifts—not simply temporary symptom relief.
Because no two clients are alike, I tailor therapy to your individual history, needs, personality, and goals, balancing emotional depth with practical tools throughout the process.

You may be the one everyone counts on—the steady one, the capable one, the one who keeps going even when you’re exhausted. From the outside, you may look like you’re managing life well. Inside, though, you may feel anxious, depleted, stuck in old relationship patterns, or disconnected from yourself.
I provide online therapy for women throughout Texas, with a special focus on women in midlife and beyond who are tired of simply pushing through. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning women who have spent years caring for others, minimizing their own needs, and trying to “figure it out” on their own. They often come to therapy because anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or painful relationship patterns have become too heavy to keep carrying alone.
My style is warm, honest, and depth-oriented. My approach goes beyond surface-level coping strategies. I believe meaningful change happens when we address not only present symptoms, but also the deeper roots beneath them. Together, we look at the patterns beneath the symptoms: attachment wounds, trauma responses, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional shutdown, boundary struggles, and the ways you learned to survive that may no longer be helping you.
Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. I integrate trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy with EMDR therapy, parts work, and practical tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT when they are useful. The goal is not to turn you into someone else. It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, heal what still hurts, and move forward with more steadiness, confidence, and peace.
I commonly help women with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and attachment struggles, emotional burnout, low self-worth, perfectionism, boundaries, people-pleasing, life transitions, and identity shifts.
I offer secure telehealth counseling for women throughout Texas, including anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, EMDR therapy, grief counseling, and support for relationship and attachment concerns.
