Colleen Vantol Practice Description
I practice from a socially just, culturally competent lense, using trauma informed care to discern how best to support each persons unique presenting needs. I primarily draw from the tenets of cognitive behavioural therapy, however I adopt a mindfulness based application with roots in holistic wellness & healing. I may also draw from some narrative and family systems in our work together. I am skilled with supporting anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anger management, grief & loss, parenting stress & complications.
