Approach Description: As a PhD-level psychotherapist, my work is rooted in a trauma-informed, integrative approach that combines clinical expertise with deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, with an emphasis on healing from the inside out.
My training includes EMDR for trauma resolution, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT) protocols for compulsive behaviors, and Pia Mellody’s Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) model to address early relational trauma and family-of-origin work. I also incorporate mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and emotional regulation, and I draw on the Gottman Method to support couples in building trust, intimacy, and effective communication.
At the core of my work is a relational, attachment-based framework that supports healing through insight, accountability, and self-compassion. Whether you’re seeking to break free from painful cycles, restore connection in your relationships, or deepen your self-understanding, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where meaningful and lasting change can unfold.
