Hello, I am currently accepting new clients for counseling, as well as for AD/HD and ASD assessments I offer an individualized approach to therapy to support you in achieving your goals. I integrate several psychotherapeutic modalities including Family Systems therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness practices. I have several years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I specialize in helping individuals improve symptoms of anxiety, OCD, AD/HD, ASD, and supporting families with children with complex behavioural concerns.
