Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
Approach Description: My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based methods with compassion and attunement to both mind and body. I draw from EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Nature-Informed Therapy to support deep healing and meaningful growth. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, creating space to process, release, and reconnect with your natural capacity for balance and resilience.
I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported—not just through understanding your challenges, but by experiencing new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you. Whether we’re reprocessing old pain, learning new coping tools, or grounding in nature and mindfulness, my goal is to help you quiet the inner noise, strengthen self-trust, and move forward with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
Nature-Informed Therapy draws on the grounding and restorative qualities of the natural world to support emotional healing. Through mindful connection with nature (outdoors, in-office or virtually), clients often find calm, clarity, and perspective. This approach helps regulate the nervous system, ease stress, and restore a sense of balance within and around you.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain and body reprocess painful or traumatic experiences so they lose their emotional intensity. Using gentle eye movements or bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows distressing memories to integrate and heal naturally. Clients often notice a sense of relief, empowerment, and freedom from old emotional triggers.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy helps you get to know the many “parts” of yourself—such as the inner critic, the protector, or the hurt child—with curiosity and compassion. By building understanding between these parts, you can heal inner wounds and strengthen your sense of wholeness. IFS empowers you to live from your calm, confident core Self.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) focuses on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns that influence how you feel and act. By learning practical tools to challenge negative thinking and replace it with more balanced perspectives, you gain a greater sense of control and resilience. CBT helps you move from reacting automatically to responding with intention.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) helps you create a more flexible relationship with your thoughts and emotions—so they no longer dictate your choices. Instead of trying to “get rid of” discomfort, you’ll learn to make room for it while moving toward what truly matters to you. This approach builds self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy teaches you how to slow down, notice your inner experience, and meet it with presence rather than judgment. By cultivating awareness and acceptance in the moment, you can quiet mental noise and soothe your nervous system. Over time, mindfulness helps you feel more grounded, balanced, and at peace in daily life.

Do you ever feel like your mind is always racing—caught between what’s next, what went wrong, and what you wish you could change? Maybe your body feels tense, your thoughts relentless, or your relationships strained. You may be doing all the “right” things, yet something still feels off—like you’re surviving instead of truly living. You’re not alone, and things can be different.
I help adults facing anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions quiet their inner critic, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with a peaceful, empowered sense of self. My goal is to help you heal deeply and find lasting balance—so you can move through life with clarity, confidence, and calm.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place:
Frequent worry about the future or replaying the past;
Panic attacks that hijack your focus and sense of safety;
Anxiety in social settings or around certain people and places;
Intrusive thoughts or distressing memories that won’t let go;
Self-doubt or feeling that something is “wrong” with you;
Struggles in relationships and wanting to better understand your patterns;
Constant “doing,” rarely feeling grounded or present;
Emotional reactions that feel too intense—or too numb—for the situation;
Feeling lost after life changes and unsure how to adjust or recover;
Simply wishing things were different.
Therapy can help you understand what’s driving these experiences—and give you tools to calm your mind, regulate your body, and reconnect with what matters most.
Our sessions will be a space where you’re fully heard, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and build tools that help you move forward with self-compassion and clarity. I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey—one that helps you learn to trust yourself, strengthen your relationships, and feel more at home in your life.
My clients often complete therapy with a quieter mind and a calmer nervous system; greater confidence in handling life’s challenges; Healthier, more fulfilling relationships; Clearer boundaries and stronger self-trust and a renewed sense of balance and purpose
Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that already know how to heal. My role is to guide and support you through that process, offering tools, insight, and compassion every step of the way.
Imagine waking up with a sense of calm and clarity, confident in your ability to face whatever comes your way. Imagine feeling present and connected—to yourself, to others, and to life. That’s the transformation therapy can offer.
