I specialize in working with people struggling with ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I have deep empathy for the experience of anxiety and relationship struggles, and I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. I know that anxiety often comes from a place of just wanting to get it right, and I'm skilled in working through the underlying issues that contribute to anxiety so that you can feel confident and secure instead of frozen and stalled.
I understand how anxiety affects all stages of relationships (including finding a partner in the first place) and I support my clients to move from feeling lonely and disconnected to confident and secure. In addition to my individual work, I offer evidence-based couples' counselling using the Gottman method, which goes beyond just communication skills and gives practical strategies to create real change.
