- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.

Approach Description: My approach is collaborative and client-centered, and we can work on whatever you need, whether that's processing trauma, getting your ADHD life actually organized, navigating a career or school pivot, learning to date safely after a toxic relationship, or just trying to cope with the messed up state of the world right now. For assessments and letters, I make the process as easy and streamlined as possible, and get you your letter the same day as your appointment. I'm here whenever you're ready. Just send me an email and we'll find a time to chat. :)
