My focus lies in providing empathetic and individualized care to those navigating Serious Mental Illness (SMI), PTSD and Trauma, and life stress and transitions. Grounded in a recovery-oriented approach, I strive to empower patients by fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and collaboration. Through evidence-based interventions, my goal is to support individuals in their unique recovery journeys, addressing all presenting concerns with sensitivity and openness. I am committed to creating a safe space within which patients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and work towards holistic wellbeing. With my clinical practice rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I bring a flexible and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing the uniqueness of each person's experience.
