I’ve been in practise since 2016 and feel very blessed having had the opportunity to help so many people on their healing journey.
My first focus is always in creating a safe space; one of understanding, compassion and openness. Anyone attending therapy needs to feel safe, secure, and seen and understood by their therapist.
Though there’s a lot more that I do in my work with people than above, it’s those foundations - the relationship between therapist and clients - that everything else we do is built from.
You will get 100% from me, as well as a dedication to continual learning and exploring, refining already known approaches, as well as adding in new tools and techniques.
I know therapy can be a nervous thing to first try, but I’m sure in saying that I will put anyone at ease very quickly, and that anyway that sticks with therapy - and feels safe and heard by myself - will experience change that is hard to almost hard to believe until it starts to happen.

- Biofeedback / Neurofeedback Teaches people to control body or brain activity using real-time monitoring. It’s often used for stress, anxiety, ADHD, and migraines.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds and people struggling with any and all problems.
I work online, as I see people from around the world, creating a secure, safe and confidential space.
Sessions take place weekly, or in some cases more frequently, and we will work together to go over any issues you are struggling with. Essentially there’s two main parts to it, being the reparative process (worth reading about before entering into any therapeutic process), as well as working directly to release trauma and any trapped emotions sitting in the body.
I don’t keep my clients in the dark here, and will explain the process all the way through, and am able to give a rough timeline to how long the therapy will be needed, and certainly a plan of how we’re going to approach things at the end of the assessment session.
