This means that I place emphasis on the importance of the unconscious and underlying narratives and emotions that inform your interactions with yourself and the world. I believe that by taking the time to explore the context and history of the problem or symptom you are experiencing we can better address it. I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have received training from psychoanalysts, cognitive behavioral therapists, and trauma/somatic informed practitioners in a variety of settings which have enriched my practice.
