I'm here to help you break habits and learn why they began in the first place so they don't continue. Most habits are the result of you trying to meet some need in your life and are not in themselves bad. I'm here to help you unlearn the habits that hold you back, and create new habits to perpetuate you forward. I promise to be by your side and cheer you on as you learn ways to heal enough to actually leave therapy!
