I am passionate about creating a space for you where you can be honest and open about what's holding you back in life, so we can together find the way to move you to where you'd like to be. Therapy is a collaborative process where we figure out what will be most helpful at this point of your journey. I adjust my approach according to what you bring to therapy, your past experiences, and what you feel that you need. But what stays the same, is how we work together so that you can overcome what holds you back in life, and move toward the life you want.
