When was the last time you felt truly free to say what you were thinking and feeling? So much of life involves filtering ourselves for people around us. That can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and caught in cycles of anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship struggles. Therapy can be a safe place where you can simply show up as you are, speak honestly, and begin to understand what’s been holding you back. Using my practice's collaborative LifeMaps framework, we’ll explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you navigate the world today.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: The premise of psychodynamic therapy is making the unconscious (what is not readily in our awareness) conscious. The techniques of this modality help you gain insight into your inner processes and behaviors that you may not be consciously aware of. This process helps us become aware of patterns that occur in our behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and relationships. This theory also holds the belief that our past experiences greatly impact our current experiences and relationships.
CBT posits that problems people experience are based on unhelpful ways of thinking and on learned patterns of unhelpful behavior. One way to find relief from day-to-day problems is to learn better ways of coping with these thinking and behavior patterns. There are a number of well-researched strategies I will use to help you recognize when you fall into old patterns and examine whether those thoughts and behaviors are helpful.
