I am honored when clients allow me to embark on their journey together toward healing and a better sense of well-being. It is also about allowing me to sit with them in their present awareness of reality and not feel so isolated from their thoughts and emotions. Everyone's story is different and unique to their circumstances and dynamics. Seeing a client truly feel heard and finding their voice when they thought it was lost is a profound experience. It can be a reminder their story is not over, but a new chapter is unfolding. Whether I see an individual, couple, or family, I can have an outside-looking-in perspective that the client may not see otherwise.
